Climatejoe Roofing is a referral service, so there is no crew to introduce. When you reach out, we connect you with an independent roofing provider in our network who serves Sayreville and the Sayreville area.

That provider is the one who looks at your roof, writes your quote, and does the work. They run their own business. We simply make the introduction.

What Happens on the Call

Expect a short, plain chat. The provider will likely ask a few things:

• What problem do you see, and where?
• How old is the roof, to your knowledge?
• Is it your first roof, or has it been patched before?
• Do you have an attic, and is it damp or dark with stains?

Have your notes ready. Photos from the ground help a lot. If you are not sure about an answer, say so. A good provider will explain what they need to check.

Request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing varies.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

A few good questions keep the talk useful. Write these down:

• Can I get the quote in writing, with materials and steps listed?
• How many old layers will come off, and what happens if you find rot?
• What happens to the flashing, vents, and gutters edges?
• Who handles permits?
• What are your license and insurance details? Can I see proof?
• Who will be on my roof, and who will I reach if something comes up?
• What warranty comes from the maker, and what comes from you?

Older homes call for extra questions. Ask how they will deal with uneven decking, past repairs, and chimneys or dormers that have settled over the years.

You Are in Control

You do not have to say yes to anything. Get a quote. Ask a second provider for another. Lay them side by side and look at scope, materials, and timeline, not just the price. Costs for a new roof vary by job, so always get the number in writing.
